Do you have availability?

Please use our booking site to check for availability. Click the big blue ‘BOOK NOW’ button or click HERE. You can visit our booking site and selecting the dates you are looking to stay. The available campsites, parking and mooring will be displayed on the map.

Do you sell Parks Canada Passes?

We do sell Pacific Rim Parks Canada day and annual passes in our office from 9AM-6PM everyday of the week. These are just for access to the Pacific Rim Parks, not for all parks across Canada. If you are looking for Nation wide Parks Canada passes there are multiple Parks Canada offices on the way to Tofino. - Please see our ‘RATES’ page for pricing.

What if we arrive after check in time?

If you have already booked in online you can proceed directly to your booked campsite or mooring. If you need to book after office hours please use the ‘BOOK NOW’ button to book online and proceed to your booked campsite. Our gate closes at 10pm, however it is not locked and you can open it, drive through and close it behind you.

What if I am having trouble using your site?

Please note the booking site works best on a computer or a laptop. If you have tried using a computer or laptop and you are still experiencing issues please feel free to contact us.

What facilities do you have on site?

Please check the ‘ANEMITIES’ page to view all of our facilities.

What if I need to change or extend my booking?

To amend or extend your booking you can log into your account on our booking site to edit your booking yourself. Additionally, you can email, call or come to the office and we can help you amend your booking. Please make sure you note your booking ID number on your booking confirmation receipt when you need to amend your booking.

Can I put a tent on a ‘multi-use’ site?

Yes, you can put up to 2 tents on a multi-use site. The K# sites and the sites that are just a # you can have 2 tents on the site. Our Tent Platforms are a little smaller and will typically only hold 1 tent, these are called TP#.

Can we have fires?

Yes, if we are not under a fire ban then you can have fires on your campsite. No fires are allowed at any time on the tent platforms. When we are under a fire ban, a fine of $1150.00 will be in place. For fire ban updates please see the government website by clicking HERE.

What is a Red Tide and can I eat the shellfish?

A Red Tide is an algae bloom that can be very hazardous to humans, animals and sea-life. During a Red Tide if you eat the shellfish it can have serious health implications. You can find more information HERE.
